Overview
Responsible for supporting the adoption and deployment of XCENA’s cutting-edge CXL-based computational memory solutions. Major responsibilities include engaging with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance of XCENA’s products.
1. Customer/Partner Engagement – CPU and Server Validation Process management
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, developing and executing comprehensive device validation plans for XCENA's CXL computational memory solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their system architectures, workloads, and challenges, delivering tailored recommendations for seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage test equipment setup, experimental planning, results analysis, and the end-to-end validation process at customer sites, ensuring rapid adoption and high reliability of XCENA's devices.
2. Product Support and Training
- Conduct system-level debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for customer-reported issues.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation to help customers effectively utilize XCENA's computational memory.
- Assist in the creation of application notes, user guides, and best practices documentation.
3. Cross-functional Leadership and Technical Sensing
- Work closely with XCENA's engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, feature requests, and potential product improvements.
- Partner with the marketing and business development teams to support go-to-market strategies, including technical demos and proof-of-concept projects.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in computing systems (e.g. CXL, CPU, memory, and near data processing) technologies to proactively address market demands and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial roles, preferably within CXL, Near-Data Processing, AI, or memory industries.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in team-oriented environments while also working independently, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to South Korea and occasionally to other countries.
Preferred Experiences
- Experience in field application engineering, technical marketing, or technical specialist roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both hardware and software in AI, including technical, commercial, and product/application expertise.
